James
L. Klementisz, Jr.
is a state certified general real estate
appraiser with over 15 years of real estate
appraisal experience.
In addition to
field experience, he has worked in the Real
Estate Risk Services department of Citizens
Bank as a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser
and as retail branch manager for Mellon
Bank.
Mr. Klementisz has established a
private practice in real estate valuation
and consulting and is affiliated with
Mastroieni and Associates as an independent
contractor. He has performed real estate
appraisal services for a variety of
residential, commercial, and industrial
property types. Jim’s area of
expertise includes residential and
commercial eminent domain assignments (total
take, before and after, strip taking) and
complex residential properties (high-end
luxury homes, historic properties with
multiple acreage and outbuildings, and
income producing properties. |

Mr.
Klementisz has been awarded the SRA
designation from the Appraisal Institute.
The SRA is the highest residential
membership by the Appraisal Institute, the
acknowledged leader in real estate appraisal
education, research, publishing, and
professional membership designation
programs. The SRA designation is held by
appraisers who are experienced in the
valuation and evaluation of residential
property types and who advise clients in
real estate investment decisions.
